As February begins to wind down, the madness of the month of March that all college basketball fans look forward to is nearly upon us. However, February is no time to be anxiously looking forward. Before any thought of March basketball could even be fathomed, the Red Hawks needed to accomplish the task at hand.
For the second year in a row, the Ripon College women's basketball team has qualified for the Midwest Conference Champion-ship tournament. With a record of 17-6 (13-3), Ripon finished second in the conference behind St. Norbert who led the way with a record of 20-3 (14-2).
With the Midwest Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships just around the corner, the Ripon College teams are both eager and confident. Led by a handful of legitimate superstars, the Red Hawks are looking forward to closing out the first half of the overall Track & Field season with style.
