Ripon College Days

The Core Ensemble presents "Tres Vidas," a new musical theatre piece celebrating the lives of three powerful Latin American women, Frida Kahlo, Rufina Amaya and Alfonsina Storni. The group has performed in Australia, the Caribbean, Russia and the Ukraine. These three talented and highly educated women combine instrumentals from the cello, piano and percussion. The Boston Globe hailed the Core as "often formidable, always intelligent, ultimately compelling." "Tres Vidas" will perform Sept. 29, at 8:30 p.m in Demmer Hall.
