Ripon College Days

After a lengthy discussion, the Ripon School Board voted that a football field with artificial turf is a good idea, at least in concept. However, they also agreed that this concept would only become a reality if its construction did not cut into the district's instructional dollars or services. They also agreed that while a sponsor may find his or her name on the field, the name "Ingalls Field" will stay intact. Further consideration on the artificial turf will wait until more is learned about the history of Ingalls Field.
